David has over a decade of experience in real estate sales assisting over 250+ families buy, sell, or invest in and around Durham Region and the GTA.
David currently lives in Whitby with his wife Britni and sons Liam and Bennett. His passions are developing his evolving team to provide exceptional real estate service, continuously learning about finance, and investing, supporting kids going to sports camp, & golfing. Before real estate, David taught and coached at international schools for 7 years and travelled to over 40 countries. He thoroughly enjoyed travelling and making connections and building relationships with his students, colleagues, and people from different cultures.

Trevor is a seasoned professional in both real estate and business strategy, bringing a unique blend of expertise to the table. After studying & living abroad and completing his Bachelor’s Degree in International Business & Strategy, Trevor has cultivated a deep understanding of global markets and negotiation tactics.
Trevor has spent the majority of his life in the Durham Region, born & raised in Port Perry. Upon moving back home from University at the age of 22, he embarked on a dynamic entrepreneurial journey alongside his mom, establishing and managing a network of 15+ successful restaurants across Ontario, instilling a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and a natural flair for negotiation.
Transitioning into the world of commercial financing, Trevor spent four years with the Business Development Bank of Canada where he helped hundreds of small businesses secure financing during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Outside of the office, Trevor is an avid sports enthusiast and loves to play golf, hockey, squash, tennis, or baseball. Above all, Trevor is deeply passionate about helping others achieve their real estate goals. Amie is a seasoned administrative professional with over twelve years of diverse industry experience, bringing versatility and value to our team. Initially from the Durham Region, Amie met her husband in Ottawa and played a pivotal role in their DJ Company, emphasizing her skills in Office Management,Administrative Assistance, and Client Excellence.
Amie broadened her expertise as a Customer Service Representative in the Home & Auto Insurance Industry and later as an Administrative Assistant & Safety Representative at a Stone, Tile & Terrazzo company. Upon moving back to the Durham Region six years ago, Amie, her husband, and two children settled in the North-end of Oshawa, and joined the David Paterson Real Estate Team.
Beyond work, Amie crafts traditional and unique Dream Catchers, showcasing her artistic flair. Known for her personable and empathetic nature, Amie is ready for new challenges and values learning, cultural experiences, and strong family connections.
